Dr. Cameron is a certified Periodontist and a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada. He’s an active member of the Canadian Academy of Periodontology, the American Academy of Periodontology, the Canadian Dental Association, and the Nova Scotia Dental Association. An Amherst native, Dr. Cameron moved to Halifax in 1994 to study at the University of King’s College, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in biology and philosophy.

Dr. Aditya B. Patel

Dr. Patel graduated in 2012 from the Doctor of Dental Surgery program at the University of Toronto. After graduation, he enrolled in the Masters of Periodontics program at Dalhousie where he studied periodontal treatment and dental implantology. Dr. Patel has a special interest in periodontal tissue regeneration, advanced bone grafting, and CBCT-guided implant therapies. He’s a certified specialist in Periodontics and a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada.

Dr. Nader Hamdan

Dr. Hamdan is an Assistant Professor and Director of the Graduate Periodontics Program, Faculty of Dentistry at Dalhousie University. He received BDS (DDS) from Jordan University of Science and Technology in 1999. After he graduated he practiced general dentistry for 12 years before going on to pursue an MSc in dental sciences at McGill University.

Dr. Anil Sachdev
Dr. Sachdev graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from the Welsh National School of Medicine in 1974. Following graduation, he went on to complete his Prosthetics certificate at the London Eastmen Dental Institute. He moved to Nova Scotia where he completed the 2-year program in Periodontics at Dalhousie University. Currently, he works full time in private practice and enjoys all aspects of periodontics.
